Return Policy

At Well Played LLC, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products. If you find our products defective in any way, you may request a refund or exchange your product within 30 days of the date of receipt. To qualify, you must meet the guidelines below:

Guidelines for a full refund:

Product that is purchased using our online store can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt in order to exchange or receive a full refund.
Returns must be initiated via the return portal below in order to be accepted and receive a prepaid return label
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted
Once an order is shipped, the address may not be able to be changed. Well Played LLC cannot offer refunds for packages shipped to an address that the customer does not have access to.
