WHO’S PLAYIN’?
2 Player Game
- Standing at the end of the ramp (not crossing), player 1 rolls the pallina over the ramp. Player 2 then rolls first.
- Players earn points by landing in the targets or by being closest to the pallina
- Players earn the number of points marked on the target for every ball that lands in that target.
- Similar to bocce, the player closest to the pallina earns one point for every ball closer than the opponents nearest ball. The player with the highest score subtracts their opponents score from their own.
- If the player’s ball is touching the pallina, it is called a “Baci” and the player earns 2 points if it remains touching at the end of the play
- After each round, tally each player’s points. The player with the highest score of the round subtracts their opponent’s score from their own. This is their score for the round.
- The player who lost the previous round gets to roll the pallina for the next round. The player who won the previous round rolls their ball first on the next round.
- Players continue through rounds until a player hits 21. First player to 21 or over wins!
4 Player Game
Players team up, two players for each color, and take turns. Scoring is the same as the two-player game
1 Player Game
The objective is for the player to get as high of a score as possible using all 8 balls. For this version, the player will not use the pallina/target ball. They will only tally points by shooting for targets.
